1. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with ATHENA Parfum via our digital storefront or concierge services, you unreservedly accept these General Conditions of Sale in full.
2. Pricing & Currency: All prices displayed are inclusive of luxury taxes where applicable. Prices are subject to refinement without notice, but confirmed orders will always be honored at the purchase price.
3. Order Confirmation: Upon completing checkout, an automated order confirmation and receipt will be dispatched to your registered email or phone contact.
4. Delivery & Risk Transfer: Risk of loss transfers to the client upon physical delivery to the designated shipping address. All dispatches require signature verification.
5. Right of Withdrawal: Clients retain a 14-day statutory right of return for sealed, untampered luxury fragrance items in original cellophane packaging.
